NEW APP
We’re excited to announce that our new app is now available on both the App Store and Google Play. Featuring a fresh new look, faster performance, and a more streamlined experience, the new app makes managing your account and orders easier than ever. Download the new app by visiting www.gophresh.com/app.
YOUR ACCOUNT
When you sign in to the new app, you’ll find your contact details, account credits, payment information, scheduled pickups and other account information already there and ready to use.
SIGNING IN
The new app offers the convenience of signing in with your Google or Apple account. To use this option, the email address associated with your Google or Apple account must match the email address on your Phresh by Execdry account. Simply click Login on the opening screen and then select the Google or Apple sign-in option. No password setup is required. These sign-in options may also be used when creating a new account.
If you prefer to sign into the new app simply with your email address, you will need to create a new password:
- Open the app and tap Login.
- Tap Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Tap the Create a New Password button at the bottom
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to set your password.
Once your password is created, you can log in and access your account.
RECURRING ORDERS
If you currently have a recurring pickup schedule, it should already appear in your new app account. If for any reason it does not, you can create a new recurring order by tapping the Order button in the app, or contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
NEW TEXTING NUMBER
Please save our new texting number: 347-986-1090.
This is the number you can use to text us and from which you will receive order updates, including pickup confirmations, delivery notifications, and driver arrival alerts. Note: our calling and WhatsApp number remains 1-877-9PHRESH (1-877-974-7374).
OFF-APP FEE
To keep scheduling as efficient as possible, booking through our app or login will always remain free. Beginning the week of June 14, 2026, a nominal $2 Concierge Booking Service fee will apply to pickup requests scheduled by text, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
A great way to avoid this fee is by scheduling your pickups through the app or login, where booking is always free. For added convenience, you can also set up recurring pickups so your future pickups are scheduled automatically. You can easily skip any scheduled pickup in the app or from your reminder notification, and schedule additional pickups anytime as needed.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY
The Concierge Booking Service fee applies only to orders booked outside the app and is separate from expedited delivery charges. Existing expedited service rates will remain unchanged and already include the Concierge Booking Service fee.
SAME-DAY PICKUPS
Same-day pickups (meaning scheduling a pickup for that day, regardless of the requested delivery date) may be scheduled through the app until 8:00 AM each day. After 8:00 AM, same-day pickup requests must be arranged directly with our team via phone, text, or WhatsApp and will be subject to the Concierge Booking Service fee.
